RETURNS
Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy and to provide exceptional customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the items to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment used.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise in the original packaging. Sale products, personalized products, custom team items, holiday-related items, RokBands, RunBoxes, SportzBoxes, apparel with custom numbers, and Virtual Races are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
REFUNDS
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase and require a refund, subject to acceptance, we will issue a credit to the original payment method less the shipping cost. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in 5-7 business days. Refunds will not be processed for ineligible items as described above.
The fastest way to exchange a product is to place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you will receive your new product quickly and that it will not go out of stock.
